Movie: “Despicable Me (2010)”

Despicable Me is an upcoming computer-animated 3-D feature film to be released on July 9, 2010 in the US directed Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud with co-director Sergio Pablos.The movie is about Gru, the protagonist who is the number 2 villain that enjoys in all things wicked. He wants to steal the moon with the help of his large army genetically altered corn pops and different science fiction gadgets like his arsenal of shrink rays, freeze rays, and battle- ready vehicles for land and air while trying to vanquish his arch- rival, number 1 super villain Vector. Until the day, he’s put in charge of three orphans, Margo, Edith and Agnes who want to have a potential Dad. The film was rated PG by the MPAA for “some rude humor and mild action”.

The film features the voices of Steve Carell (Gru), Miranda Cosgrove (Margo), Jason Segel (Vector), Russell Brand (Dr. Nafario), and Julie Andrews (Gru’s mother).

Jason Segel , Kristen Wilg, Will Arnett, Danny McBride, Russel Brand and Jullie Andrews also lend their voices to the movie.
