Storyline :

Two dim-witted, perverted roommates, Gene and Eugene, aren't happy with their current situation of being unlucky with the ladies. So they decide to pose as skaters to fit in somewhere and possibly meet a couple of nice girls. They may have pulled it off if they only knew how to skate. Their troubles are only compounded when Gene's condescending brother comes to stay with them after having broken up with his girlfriend. All of these misfortunes run their term atop the constant bullying from their neighbor Rock. Will these two guys ever catch a break and turn their luck around?
